Rosé de Riviere N.V. Sparkling
Wine; ABV: 12.5%;When we first tasted this delicious rose in Dominique Rouviere's cellar, the strawberry fruit assailed us when the cork was popped. Delicate pale pink and with a very fine mousse, the flavour was deliciously fruity with straw- berries strongly present. Methode Traditionelle.

Condrieu 2007
Condrieu is one of the rare great wines produced in France. The appellation is very small and it is the classic wine made from the Viognier grape, producing a hugely exotic, complex rainbow of delicious flavours. Domaine du Ch�ne VDP Syrah 2007
Don't be fooled by the so called 'simple' Vin de Pays classification of this Syrah. fter vinification it was matured in French oak barrels for several months vefore bottling. Its character is racy, perfumed and fruity (both red and black fruits) with the gentlest touch of spicy black pepper. The tannin is gentle, soft, silky and velvety. [read on...]
