Nectar des Anges, Moelleux Touraine 1997
Wine; vintage: 1997; ABV: 12%;A unique sweet wine produced from 50% each of late picked Sauvignon Blanc and Chenin Blanc in an exceptional year. The yield was only 15 hectolitres per hectare. Very rich raisiny flavour with a touch of Botrytis. A perfect stickywith dessert, especially fresh strawberries and if the pocket will stretch to it, foie gras.
