Wine; vintage: 2007; ABV: 14.5%;A rare treasure late harvested Chardonnay from the exceptional 2007 vintage. Honeyed, viscous, exotic and sweet with nuances of quince and white flowers in the flavour, beautifully balanced by fine crisp acidity. Ideally suited to complement most desserts. Perfect with Tarte aux Pommes, fresh fruit salad and blue cheeses. Try it with Bleu d'Auvergne.

Pouilly Fuisse 2008
A quality white wine produced from Chardonnay a part of which has been vinified in French oak. It has a mature nose and full flavour with hints of acacia flowers and tilleul (lime tree leaves) and apricots, characteristics that are present in outstanding vintages with lots of sun.
