Hidalgo Amontillado Viejo
Sherry; ABV: 18%;Over the decades certain butts(casks) were judged to be so outstanding that the Hidalgo family put them aside to develop on their own. Left untouched for years the exact age of this sherry is uncertain but certainly dates back well into the colonial era. The colour is dark amber, aroma intensely rich pervading hazelnut, and the flavour is very nutty, dry and full-bodied.
