Dom. de Mont-Auriol Rose Les Oliviers
Wine; ABV: 13.5%;Another big favourite. Produced from 60% Grenache and 40% Syrah grapes organically and biodynamically grown on chalk limestone and clay. Produced seigée - bleeding the juice off the skins after several hours contact. It is pale pink in colour and candy (boiled sweets) rose blossom, white peaches and grenadine on the nose and palate.
