This rose champagne, composed of approximately 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay drawn from some 20 grands and premiers crus, captures the brilliance of the moment with harmony, freshness and sensuality. 15% of Pinot Noir from Bouzy vinified `en rouge` contributes just what is required in terms of added lustre and a hint of frivolity. Taken as a whole, the hallmarks of the 1990 vintage are: a fine structure and an appealing seductive delicacy. Rosé de Riviere N.V. Sparkling
