The grapes used in this wonderful champagne are from the 15 Grand Cru and Premiers Cru villages. Tinged vivid gold, bouquet of powerful quince- blackcurrant and dried fruit. Complex and long farewell. Serve at between 8C and 10C. Disgorging date on the bottles is December 1997.
