A serious boutique-style wine from a single, low-yield vineyard of 23 years old. Deep, almost black colour. 18 months in 100% new French oak has added complexity to the rich, multi-layered plum and cassis fruit flavours, with tobacco/eucalyptus and some earthy tones.
