Jacky Marteau's Gamay regularly receives top accolades from France's serious wine critics and 2009 is no exception. Produced from the same grapes as Beaujolais the colour has the classic purple robe with carmine reflections. The bouquet shows red fruits with hints of red cherries and spice with rich fruity Gamay characteristics following on the palate.
